Tried La Chambre for the first time on Friday, which is a mixed night. Women were out numbered by at least ten to one by men. Was about to give up and go back to Nottingham when a guy started to talk to me saying his wife had been eyeing me up! I stayed! She turned out to be a local woman, probably late 40's, attractive, small brunette. She seems to have featured elsewhere on the site, if indeed it was the same woman. The guy was keen to see me fuck his wife while he just watched! Took her doggy next to the spa pool and then upstairs in the dark room where three other guys joined in, much to her husband's delight! Attended our second night on a couples only night and had an even better experience than the last time! Barry and Marrie, the hosts are so lovely and made us feel so welcome again! A gorgeous little brunette from Sheffield was trying out the pole dancing and we soon got talking to her and her husband. They showed us the dungeon, which we hadn't seen before and "M" the woman, laid out on a dentists chair where her husband strapped her ankles and wrists down! He then invited us both to undress her! I'm a single guy who regularly visits on Friday nights, which are mixed evenings. I guess it can be a little daunting for those ladies who are not too experienced in swinging, and perhaps they should try Saturdays instead. Many of the women I have had sex with at LC on Fridays are there because they enjoy multi cock fun, so they really don't mind been surrounded and touched by loads of guys.One wife I recognised from Fiesta Readers Wives, a very attractive little brunette in her 40's from Sheffield, who turned out to be just as dirty as her pictures had suggested! we visited the club on the 7th of feb 2004.... not a bad club but as some of the reviews say on here yes far too many single guys in there thought it was to be a cpls night only we found it a bit of a turn of.not as we had any hassel but come on cpls only night..another thing we found that when u turn up you have to sign in the bar area another of putting thing really..play rooms are all great and do beat other clubs we have come across but over all xstaia beats this club hands down..also we never seen any security in the car park so another down fall..dont think we will be going again untill they sort the single guy problem thing out..

We have visited (and enjoyed) the club before but feel that the number of single men on a Friday can be very intimidating. My wife, myself and one single guy went upstairs to a room and within seconds there were 20+ singles with us, (we got up and left)I know it is advertised as singles on Fridays and my wife and I often enjoy the company of one or two (who we invite) but the charge upstairs is almost like migrating wilderbeest. Maybe some private lockable doors would be the answer, there seem to be lots of doormen outside but once through the door a laissez faire attitude seems to prevail whereby no-one wants to talk to you for a few minutes, have a drink, socialise then go and enjoy each others bodies for an hour in private, more of a stand in the corner waiting till someone goes upstairs then go and try to join in whether you are invited or not. It is one of the best laid out, cleanest, easiest accessible clubs in the country. Don't let some sad singles spoil it just for an extra few quid on a Friday.

We aren't connected with the club in any way other than being regular and satisfied members. That said we definitly would reccomend a visit to anyone active or just curious about the swinging scene. Our first visit was as you can imagine a nervous affair but Craig showed us around and was very friendly. To us the best thing about the club and to some extent the swinging scene is that everyone seems to be accepted for what they are, big, small young or old, all are welcome and can and do have fun.

We have only been on the Saturday couples nights, we've been told that the Friday single men allowed nights can be a bit scary !

All in all a good place ! ;-)

We ar members of La Chambre and have been for the past 2 years,it has the best facilities of any other clubsthat we've visited so far.Excellent crows and we've met some really nice people. Our only ever complaint about the club and the running of the club is that on a Saturday it's advertised as a couples only night buton several occasions that we've visited 2-3 single men seem to slip in. The annoying thing is that the owners(Barry & Marie) are aware of these indivuals but never seem to stop them from gaining access. If we wanted to play with single guys we would vist on a Friday night.If it's advertised as couples only then that's what should happen

Thought you might be interested in one of the best clubs my hubby and I have visited. La Chambre in Sheffield is friendly, clean and full of sexy interesting people, (just like us).

There is dancing (for those with the energy), steam rooms and plunge pool (for those who like to really relax and let it hang out) and five - yes five fun rooms for those who have more serious relaxation in mind!

You should visit - you'll love it - I do and I'm very hard to please.

This club is a great place for those couples thinking about swinging. Six months ago, my wife said she would go along just to watch. Now she is very active and enjoys all the contact she can get! The club is very friendly, comfortable and is run by a wonderful couple, Barry and Marie. There are a variety of play rooms, one dark for the shy, one private, which can be pre-booked and three general fun rooms with voyeur windows. The pool is lovely and a great place to meet new people, as is the sauna. There is a bar and a dance floor.........and a dungeon for those more serious couples! It is a no pressure place and lots of people go along without participating. However, there's lots of fun to be had, so give it a go!

I visited this club as part of a film I was recording for ITV on the 15th September 2001

It is a little bit of a drive to get to from the South, but well worth it to play in a club that is clean and non sleazy.

First impressions were that the area was a bit run down, but this was quickly made up for by the interior and the staff.

Marie and Barry were great hosts, with Marie working hard behind the reception and bar, and Barry being the perfect host sitting and chatting with everyone making sure that they were all having a good time. The guys on the door were polite and friendly, and there is good security in the car park as well.

The whole building was clean and well cared for, and had obviously been put together with the comfort of swingers in mind.

This would be a good club for new swingers to start off in, as everything possible is done to make you feel comfortable and at home.

Jo and I had a good evening, and will be going back again as soon as we can.

My wife and I visited “La Chambre” on a Friday night. We prefer Mixed nights rather than Couples nights so this review is from that perspective.

We understand Couples only nights are more party orientated and really kick

We have visited clubs in Florida, Amsterdam, France in the past. This Sheffield Club overall is in a league with the best.

We have been in larger and fancier clubs but the mix of adequate to good facilities matched with a super attitude and good fun, endorse the 4 star rating this club has been given.

Here’s a snapshot of our evening.

We were met at the door by a friendly and genuinely helpful staff who made us feel at ease, we were then given a tour of the Club.

We had a couple of glasses of wine at the bar/lounge area. This is a BYOB club but they do have soft drinks and the owner plans to perhaps serve light food menu in the future. Actually we like to eat out and then go clubbing so the food is no problem.

The Lounge and dance floor area is the only part of the club that could be better, the layout of this floor could be more integrated to allow people to chat and swap stories and watch the action on the dance floor.

There is a large, and well equipped, dungeon in the basement. A lot of thought went into this floor and its impressive. But if its not your scene ?… hey its in the basement and its your choice.

There is a really trendy hot tub area and steam room etc on the Ground Floor.

Upstairs there are several play rooms, which are large and well thought out.

Friday is a mixed night couples and singles and we both have to say that the attitudes and behavior of the “single guys” was a complement to the club. No pressure and a great atmosphere and that’s what can make a great club.

We had a blast !

Hi Just got back from La Chambre and had to add our thoughts to the long list of highly complimentary reviews about the club, all of which are totally true! We have been to only 1 club before, Atlantis in Stoke where we had a great time. So when we were in the Sheffield area we decided to give it a go. We booked in at the Swan hotel which is about a 5minute walk. We did feel a bit nervous at first walking in etc but within minutes we felt very at ease and comfortable, the other guests were warm and welcoming with no pressure at all.The atmosphere was like a party. The play rooms are very well thought out, clean and very sexy, with 5 to choose from you are never bored, there are viewing windows for other couples to watch whats going on but that was horny and not off putting at all.

For anyone out there thinking about going then stop thinking about it and go!! you are guranteed a good time, in the end our inhibitions totally disapeared and we even ended up on stage taking part in the games! So a big thanks to everyone for an excellent night we will definetly be going back.
