Well i for one am so glad that Chameleons is the sort of place you can go and meet normal everyday people. The place is relaxed and friendly every time we have been. The staff are fantastic and helpful at all times. A message to the narrow minded comment of late just because people dont look like BARBIE or KEN what gives you the right to say they cant have fun !! Personality and manors go along way to creating a fantastic club and Chameleons have both !! so do us all a favour and stay away got to the pretty boys and girls club but i bet we have more fun in the best swingers club in the whole of the UK WELL DONE CHAMELEONS !!!!!!

Hi folks, this was our first time swinging and we were very nervous.we found all the staff to be very nice and the guests who were there made us both feel very welcome without the any pressure. we must have stuck out like a sore thumb with the regulars, we found it difficult to know what to do as we were expecting to be at it straight away,but thank god thats not how it works. all in all we had a great night and going back soon. to all you new swingers out there go to this club because its ace.

Have been to the club twice recently after being off the scene for a while.The staff are friendly and polite at all times. On both occasions we had a most enjoyable time(thanks guys!)and shall be going on a regular basis. As we have been members since it opened we have seen many changes in staff and members but have always found it a very friendly place to go and is still the best in the Midlands. The staff are helpful and will mix to make people feel at ease especially on their 1st visit. Many improvements have been made but not all of them have made it a better club as before there were not so many lock-ups the singles always had someone to look at but now a few go home disappointed. Lynne, Prim & Steve, Yvette, Dawn and all the rest of the staff keep up the good work.

oh help. we have not touched the swinging scene for 18mths ( member of club le mason) I did put on some weight lost it now but still a size 12/14 with cuddly bits(hubby comment) We were looking for a new place to try but this site sound like a nitemare. Can people really be so cruel. not only to us cuddlys but to us that have not even gone yet. Rather of putting dont you think, so if you have nothing good to say dont bother at all then everyone can make their own minds up. LIKE WE WILL DO IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO

We found the club staff friendly and polite. The cub is big enough to lose yourself in but we had a wonderful evening which was very relaxing and well worth the visit. WILL be coming back soon. We became memves on our first night and would recommend.None f the other customers were judgemental and even if the others there only said hello they at least made you welcome.

well sorry to say I have read the reviews and just a note that we travel a fair way to go and have enjoyed it every time. I have only one word for all u people who slag of the fat and old and that is it might be u that they will be talking about in a few years time when your fit bodies start going downwards and just cos some people are over weight means they over eat you are no more than a set of bitching people and if they do u no harm leave alone cos nobody is perfrct (not evan u lot)so go and start your own club with Barbie & Ken's can go ???? My first time at a swingers club was the first week in January i loved it that much i went back a week later. The atmosphere was great and such a good mix of people of all different,shapes,sizes and colours. The staff were very friendly and helpful and visiting this club is certainly an experience i wont forget in a hurry. The swingers are very friendly and range in age from about 20-60+ Its definately not a place where you will find 'perfect' people in fact far from it but then no one is perfect. I love all the different rooms and i do understand the club is being slowly refurbished to very high standards. There is a mixture of stuff going on in any one night its a little hard to take in. Although i didn't swing i'm sure over time i will feel comfortable to do so or even to have sex in front of other people as many other couples do on a regualr basis. There is a wide vareity of rooms in which you can have your own privacy. But all in all i would recommend this club, i also understand a lot of peolple travel from Surrey/London/Scotland just to visit this club so it truly says a lot about it. I would definaltely go along again for some fun.

We only get to the club about 3/4 times a year but that is through circumstances rather than choice. Those of you slagging the club off - is it Chameleons you've been to? The staff are always friendly and helpful and as far the customers are concerned, we've met some great people and found action every time, so if you feel you can be so judgemental about people then maybe you should take a look at yourselves and question why you never got the action. This is a genuine swingers club and as all genuine swingers know, age and size don't matter - having a good time does, and this is what we always get when we visit Chameleons.

We have been travelling down to this club for the past 4 yrs.We find some of these reviews very offensive to both staff and customers.We visit many clubs throughout the UK AND Holland were we see many couples of different sizes and origins so we suggest the idiots tarnishing the club should go and get an eye test as swingers come in all shapes and sizes.We would recommend this club,as we have done to many of our friends.Our advice to these morons is if you want slim people Join Slimmers World and leave the Swinging Scene alone.Keep up the Good work Lynne&Staff.

We have been using the club now for nearly 2 yrs and we have never been to a more friendlier place, Staff are all great easy to get on with and if you have any problems they are all very approachable. As for earlier comments about what type of people go, the age group is from 28-late 50's the size of people vary from a 10 - 26 wich to me is perfect because there will be some one for every ones tatse. Its a fact of life not every one will like each other but no need to be so rude about peoples apperance just because there not your type. The facilities at the club are superb, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room, Lockables and plenty of other room to explore. I would highly recomend anyone no matter what age or size visit the club i gaurantee there will be a great relaxed atmosphere as there is always.

We have been going to the club off&on for around 3years now.

Club is very safe & secure, nice people working there and some nice people inside.

Some nights there are more singles than couples, others more couples than singles but never any trouble or hastle from anyone.

Staff are excellent, car park is secured and therefore safe.

Alot of time & effort has been spend on the decor to create a sexy environment without it being too cheesy ..

Very relaxed where you can do as much or as little as you want.

Age range of people in there is difficult, however we reckon average age is between 28-45.

Well well sour grapes seem to be growing well here. We became members of the club about three weeks ago and have not been to a better club in the country. As for last weekend we were there both Friday and Saturday and I would like to know where the staff are that are unhelpful and covered in acne. On Friday Lynne Prim and Steve were working and if anyone wants to know what they look like then just look at the website. If you cant be bothered Steve is about 6 foot 5 slim late 20s and good looking By the way Steve I think you should change the shy part of your name to Porno Star after your display on the bar. Prim is around 5 foot has a wonderful figure you have got to see those breasts to believe them and is the most naturally beautiful woman I have seen in a long time and then you have Lynne the manageress all I can say about Lynne is Horny Bitch and hope she isnt offended. On Saturday night you had again Prim and Steve working along with another young lady called Dawn. I can honestly say that they couldnt muster a spot between them. On saturday night there must have been well over 200 people in there and I would say that the average age was 30 to 35 and the average size of the women was between 12 to 14 if people think that is large then maybe they should move to another planet because the last time I read any where the average size of women in general in this country is 12 to 14. We love going to Chams as we meet people from all walks of life of different shapes sizes colours and ages. Swinging is about having fun and that shouldnt exclude anybody. All I can say is the last few messages slagging the place off must have come from either a couple who had no fun there because of there own attitudes or from the owners of another club not too far away who always try and run Chams down when you speak to them trying to drum up business for themselves because they honestly thought changing there name from Fontana Amorosa to New World would get them more than 3 or 4 people in on a saturday. To finish all I can say is it is good that these people who moan for no reason whatsoever only tend to come along once so they dont manage to spoil the fun for anyone else.

The club is well laid out and the staff are always approachable and take the time to speak and be friendly.

Some staff can appear grumpy and obsessed speaking to people they know but i think praise has to be given to the manageress lynne she is excellent and always friendly

The carpark is secure and the club is generally clean we noticed soiled paper in the rooms after groups had finnished but this is down to them being unclean people and the staff do regular walk abouts and clean anything left behind

We have been on 3 occasions now and it is true to say that there are many larger and older people attending however there are a few young and slim people in there still but wonder how long they will be there

The club is run by good staff however the owner is a pompus, loud and an utterly vulgar person but thankfully we have only ever saw him once and our understanding is that he is hardly ever there

The club has a large social scene and its true to say that many couples go there just to chat and be social the swinging action seems to be confined to groups who know each other or it just doesnt happen

It is also true to say that there does tend to be a large group of people who take over the place albeit from a social club side

It is a popular club but I feel its because swinging is the in thing at the moment so loads of people are doing it and its a novel place with the jacuzzis and so on and there is not a similar thing locally exception of new world which is absolute dire

If you are a young couple who is looking for other young couples then this is NOT the place for you

If you are looking for a club which is a real swingers club then this is not the place for you

If you are a little overweight past 40 and want a club which is more of a social club than a swingers club then this is for you

We also think its a great place for new people to try before moving on to other clubs

We would currently rate it 7-10 but feel if we leave it another 6months it will drop

We have been using chameleons on a regular basis for over 3 years now and have always found it to be a safe, clean and friendly place to meet, the staff are always helpful with new commers and the members are all in all a friendly bunch tho you will always get exeptions, and although there are always going to be people there not to my likeing i wouldn't dream of being so nasty and rude as some of the other people on this thread have been, it is everyones right to have fun regardless of age and size and would like to point out that somebody may be sat in the club thinking the same about them as they do about others as no everyone going to like you just cause you think your perfect! i think we should all be adult here and not act like playfround children!!

A touch of sour grapes here I think. All reports are very favourable until 3 of the last 4 which have been done recently, even though the range from sept - nov to give a appearance of respectability. As for the attacks on 'fatties' not everyone is looking for mal-nutritioned, nurtrient deficient, stick-insect! It is horses for courses and I think there is a good balance of people at this club. Don't take my word for it, try it and see. If sucess equals people through the door, this must be the most popular club in the midlands.

Oh dear me,

The land that time forgot. The walking dead, and fatty club of GB, in fact we nearly asked the staff, if we spot one that dosen't wobble when it walks do we get a spot prize...

But we thought not, even the staff look gormless and faces full of acne (guess who won the spot prize!!)

Oh, the jaccuzi, the water in the manchester ship canal is alot healthier. We took a sample to have tested, No way is that legal!!!

We suppose the decor was nice originally. shame all the fatties have rubbed against the walls, god forbid one of them getting jammed down lard lane!!

Overall Impression POOR!!, will not re-visit

Usually go to bi nights which are held every first and third Monday. Bi nights also on Friday at their other club Chams 2 in Barnsley. Always been great fun - staff excellent and friendly plus sexy. I can only speak of bi nights as never been on any other night. Always good mix - usually good balance as single guys can get into each other and girls into girls. Had great time this week (went with new swinging partner - female) - lots of fun in couples room and jacuzzi. If you are bi curious then its worth going along. There are always couples & singles keen to explore their sexuality and just watch. No need to be nervous. Some suggestions for Chams management: any chance of placing condoms in some bowls in rooms? It's tricky for guys to walk around with just towel and handful of durex! Also - why not rig-up DVD player behind bar and play quality porn films to each room rather than the rather pathetic hazy oldish movies that seem to be running? Anyway juts a thought. Apart from that - amazing place - nice sexy horny people..:-)

Yeh, its got to be said your talking huge appetites here. Ive often wondered how Burger king and Wimpy could possibly record such record profits but once you see the mob that frequents this place you'll realise just whos eating them all. Its a shame because this place has such potential, many different play rooms, quite a few of them private and the single men there do seem to know how to conduct themselves, which is something you rarely find in other clubs. What i think will eventually happen is that all the fit slim couples will sooner or later end up at Xtasia where they will find more of the same. As much as I would like to I still find it very hard to get turned on while sitting in a Jaccuzi along with six other versions of Moby Dick. Just cant do it. One other thing, the one room that is for couples only always has the same two people in it regardless of what day or time that you go. This might be because the male of the two is dead, because he certainly looks it. The female just spends hours sucking this 80yr old cock while they discuss groceries, or what they find funny about other people in there. And Wo betide any one that tries to lift up the blinds so that people can look in, these two old crones turn into a pair of rancid monsters as though they own the place. I can understand in a way, because they must already know just how ugly they both are to other people and perhaps dont want them to suffer, however, if this is the case why dont they just stay at home, it would be a lot easier for the undertaker. Great club, but just be ready for the horrors cause there are plenty of them.

This is definitely a much friendlier place than its neighbouring Xtasia, and better laid out. But men must wear towels, and there can surely be no less flattering a garment. A year or so back the clientelle were younger and more upmarket, but on our last four or five visits, the vast majority of members have been extremely over-weight, over-loud and over-aged. If the club could set out to attract a younger, slimmer set, we'd be there every week.

The staff, especially the car park attendant, are lovely

Our 3rd time at the club but our first time on 'couples night' and we felt like we had died and gone to heaven!!!

Why would we recommend Chameleons?

1.. The people are friendlier, sexier, more open and courteous than at any other club we have been too. Some of the women are stunning! The majority of people are aged between 20 and 40. 2.. Single blokes (Tues to Fri & Sundays) are polite chatty and non pushy, which makes a nice change 3.. If you include the rooms half way up the two staircases, Chams is set out over 4 floors, because you are moving around from room to room, you tend to talk too many more people and not those in the immediate vicinity, like at other clubs, which helps make itless clique. You also get to meet new people and potential fun partners. 4.. It is not very expensive weekdays £10 & weekends £20 with food thrown in. Taking your own beer means you can have loads of fun and frolics for about £25-30, far cheaper than a night out! 5.. Because of the atmosphere, we have fun whether we play with others, by ourselves, or just watch.

All in all the best club we have visited.

We have visited a number of clubs around the UK and found Chameleons to be the best we have visited. We go on couples nights, Saturday, as the attention of single men is not for us and they are allowed every other night. Despite being in an unpleasant area to the north of Birmingham (The carpark has a security guard!), the facilities are excellent, big jacuzzi, nice sauna and steam room and all the "fun" rooms are comfortable and clean. Added to this the staff are friendly and welcoming so I am sure newcomers and the more experienced will have a fun time.

We are a couple that are very new to this. This was our very first time at the club we were made very welcome . There were couples that chatted with us knowing that we were new. It was so relaxing there we had fun watching people having fun. There were lots of rooms private and open . We finished having fun in the spa. We will be going again soon the staff treated us very well .Saturday nights are for couples only we stayed till 4am.

There seem to be more reviews for Chams than any other club on this site and that's because people like it and it's buzzy (or can be, everywhere has dud nights. Start with one of the Friday night when BirminghamUKSwingers have an intro night) It's bloody popular, the opening hours seem to be increasing all the time and it's a nice place. It's towels only (supplied) so you leave your clothes in lockers. Big jacuzzi when on a good night there's lots of action, a new bondage room, a patrolled carpark so you don't worry that your car will get done over etc etc. It's not sophisticated, don't expect that, but it's fun with a very friendly, unpushy atmosphere. Every woman I've met there says she feels the atmosphere is friendly, so give it a go (the area off the M6 is dog rough but don't be put off, that ends when you enter!)

I started going to Chameleons 9 months ago , Loved it that much I got myself a job there. It is open 7 days a week, and is a very relaxed laid back club, friendly and helpful staff, great for newcomers and experienced swingers. We have 3 floors, 1st floor Bar area, great for chatting and meeting people, singles changing room, 10 seated Jacuzzi, shower & toilet, and couples room. 2nd floor, couples changing room, TV lounge, steam room, round room, showers & toilets 3rd floor, 2 private room, 2 large viewing rooms, one with a swing, Fun can be instantaneous, or if you want to relax first we can cater for both. I myself have had many a pleasurable night and day there.

I have visited Chameleons 3 times over the last few weeks, each time was a different experience but bloody great! 

There are places where you and a partner can go and play alone or just with other couples which is a strong point in any club, as not everyone is happy being surrounded with lots of single men.  

My favourite place in the club so far is the round table!!  I love my action and when I'm in the mood it's a great place to be taken by many men, my record there so far is to fuck 4 and give 10 BJ's!. My friends Sharon and Becky also love this room, they are way ahead of me on their records for a night!!!.  

The staff - Lynne and Janet are very friendly and always remember a face.

I have not visited many clubs in the UK yet, but so far this is the best purpose built club I have visited here.

My wife and I have visited the club several times, (always a Friday evening after 11pm)and always enjoyed ourselves. Staff are very friendly, atmosphere is relaxed. Lots of 'nookies' to hide!, and places to explore.

My wife enjoys the attention of men, so its a good place to be. However, apart for their enthusiasm!, they have always been courteous, and not pushy. It is a place where you can choose the level of 'action' to suit.

Took a friend, but expensive for singles( £40 member ship plus £15 entrance).

We will be back!!

My husband and I visit Chameleons on a regular visit, sometimes twice in a single weekend!! We travel an hour and a half to get there - it is that bloody good!!!

The action is varied and, when compared to other clubs, the clientele is wonderful - the men are lovely in the RIGHT way and are always polite! My husband and I play together and separately and have never had a single problem!

Lynne is the best and Martin is certainly a welcome addition!!!!!

Can hardly wait to go back - oh wait - will be back there this weekend - lol!!!

My partner and I visited the club for the first time on a Sunday evening. Neither of us had ever visited a club or entered into anything of this nature before. However, we found the club very relaxed, friendly, clean and enjoyable. We spent most of the time just looking around and talking to a few of the people present. We found everyone friendly, there was definately no pressure of any description and although we did not actually use any of the facilities on this occasion, I am sure we will return frequently in the near future. In our opinion it was an excellent club for both nervous newcomers such as ourselves or for those that are more experienced.
