Straight couple from London - Went to the club last night and had an awesome time.....

The club was easy to find and higly organised and efficient. The facilites were good and there was a reasonable amount of people there for a Thursday night - a good mix of couples and singles. The prices were excellent - all too often these places are a rip off but the drinks were well priced.

We spent most of the night in a private room and -entertained- most of the single men in the club! The jacuzzi is tiny and the showers a bit rubbish but the place is big and clean. The previous reviews left us with trepidation about the single men but we found them to be cordial, corteous and thoughtful - one even bringing tissues for us to clear up - and were quite happy to leave when requested to do so.

Thankyou to all of the men for a great night. We will be back when we are next in the area!

great club, great staff, great club to meet couples and mix if you choose to, sometimes a lot of single guys but what is swinging all about , if you dont like single guys dont go or just say NO THANKS, they dont mind, their not going to rape you. Relaxing atmosphere, play if you want DONT if you DONT WANT TO, but you can still have a good time. We have visited the club many times and depending on who`s there on the night depends weather you enjoy it or not , the same as any club you visit. The club is only as good as the people in it, but 9/10 this club is fantastic.

great club! our second time we came down from the Scottish highlands for the party night,stayed till 4am loads of nice couples plenty going on, rooms were really clean,we saw staff cleaning rooms after one or two couples had used them, only one complaint not enough ventilation in rooms even with fan going,but great night cant wait to go back, the staff have really done this club proud,wouldnt worry about the single guys we said no to afew of them and they smiled &walked away, see you all soon.

Had a great night lots of nice couples in.Had a good scene downstairs with a gorgess little petite girl while her partner watched she gave a lot of the guy,s pleasure.Hope she comes back again soon.Always have good fun in this club.Well worth the membership.

Sue and I visited Cupids last night (13/12/03) and were somewhat disapointed, Sue more so than I. Cupids is large, very clean, plush and comfortable, of that there can be no doubt, but perhaps it is a little TOO large for newcomers to the scene. We hit the same problem that we have encountered at Liaisons of finding it difficult to strike up conversations with couples. We did talk to one couple (Forget their names, but the male recognised my wife from her work, and the female was a very pretty and friendly person), but perhaps we seemed too shy or maybe we weren't their types, because they drifted away back upstairs after a while. There seemed to be little or no action taking place anywhere during the time that we were there (roughly 10pm - gone midnight) which left the many singles (attractive though most of them undoubtably were) prowling like hungry jackles waiting to leap upon the used carcass of any other man's recent 'kill'. We went into a room ourselves and, when I went to the toilet, four singles virtually burst through the door wanting to know if I had "finished with" my wife. Most of the night's failure was down to our nerves and inexperience, but if this had been our first visit to a swingers club and we less confident in our resolve to 'swing', then we might have found ourselves very put off. As it is, we will be back, but maybe with another couple who know the place better. Any offers from any of you who are regulars and who would like to meet for a drink first? All in all I would give Cupids 6 out of 10, but I think my good lady might suggest 3 out of 10. But, like a fine wine, it may mature in our eyes with time. Or maybe it is us that need to mature. Will we go again? Yes! Should you try it? Yes!

We went to cupids knowing like every one else should know that there are singles there, if you dont like singles then go to just a couples only club, dont go to a club that have singles and expect them to ignore you, if you are not into singles and go to cupids go in the private rooms, or couples only room, every club who have singles you go to will pose the same problems for you, in fact we have been to many clubs and the singles at cupids are the best bunch around, so dont single out just this club, not into singles then dont go on single nights, some people.

My advice to any couple considering going to cupids is think again. Its full of single males who do not understand the word "NO". They follow you around all night and if you dare stop to play, they are there in seconds. Telling them no thanks is a waste of time, all they seem to understand is F*** O**. The management seem happy with the situation, as we were told without single males there wouldn't be a club. Well maybe its best if the club wasn't there, because it will not be long before one of the singles takes it too far. So any females reading this, please don't let it be you, go to another club.

Having been on the swinging scene for 5 years, In my opinion a woman has the right to say no, regardless of where she is playing. Just because some one is on a fun bed does not give single guys an open invitation.

I am not surprised they have to employ bouncers if that is one of there rules.

I often instigate a sexy scene in lounge. But if that gives single guys the green light. I certianly wont be going again

We have beening attending Cupids now for over 18 months and we have had no problems from any single guys what so ever. If anything the guys seem to stay clear of us unless we talk to them. We have not had one bad experience at the club. We have been to most of the clubs in the North West ,Liasions, Partners, etc, and sure each other them have there good points and bad points. For us Cupids feels very safe. Keep up the good work Mary and the Gang and ignore the idiots who slag off the place.

How easy to slag a club or people on boards like this, the couple who are upset at being barred from cupids find this board an easy way to slag the club off, and again how easy to get a mate to back your story up, lets look at the facts, IF YOU WAS IN BUSINESS WOULD YOU BAN SOMEONE WHO CAME AND PAID THIER MONEY REGULAR? We was there on night the previous couple on about asians was there and seen it all, plus we know the couple in question, well she chose to go obn a bed in the public area, she was blind drunk as she normally is, and as she got on the bed she shouted out no f---ing asians, there was a couple of asians near to her, and this seemed well out of order, if she wanted to select then she should have gone into one of the many private rooms, it is well know if you go on a public area bed then you are indicating the guys there can play, this couple are nothing but trouble and thier language is awfull, she has made most things up, and we applaude cupids for getting rid of the low life that come in from time to time, well done cupids, keep the low life out, by the way had a great night friday, no drunks or low life in sight, keep up the good work, no wonder you are the No 1 swingers club.

Re the visit to Cupids, I dont care if you are black white pink or a one legged whale lover. No is No! if the females who visit this club cant or wont get protection from the management. I have been to this club a number of times and found it to be an alright place. That is until tonight. On getting there tonight Iwas informed I WAS BARRED INDEFINITLY. On asking why I was told YOU HAVE BEEN RUDE TO ASIANS BY TELLING THEM YOU WILL NOT PLAY WITH THEM[ have sex ]. Maybe I have got it wrong which means every other club has got it wrong [i dont thing so] when we are told its awomans perocative for who she plays with not the owners of the club . I felt like i was a paid prostitute the way MARY SPOKE TO ME. Mary also called me fat which even if I was obese isnt avery nice thing to say. By the way I AN AVERAGE SIZED 16 and bubbly with it.She is over the top saying her club is the biggest and the best.We visit most ofthe clubs in the north and find there is a hell of alot more swinging at LIAISONS IN ROCHDALE AND THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. In response to the latest review who didn.t have the balls to enter his full name.The comments about ADAM and EVES is TOTALLY UNJUSTIFIED.For one it is a good clean club with nice surroundings and friendly staff and customers.They do not TAKE TAKE TAKE.As anyone who travels around the clubs will know they charge a reasonable entrance fee.The club has always had a very good standard of cleanliness of which they pride themselves on.They have had staff come and go over the years which hasn.t made any difference to the club in general.The majority of staff at Cupids have been customers of Adam and Eves.Go along and see for yourselves before you judge.

Cant agree with last review, how can the owners be take take take, when you admit yoursel its just been revamped, dosnt make sence, i went to party night 14th, it was full and i mean full, lots of couples, and for £25 for 8pm to 4am, free food, free punch, three acts,and loads of swinging where can you get value like that anywhere, they even have security, plus a car night watchman, the place has been refurbished top to bottom, the rooms downstairs are great, simon wants to try opening a club himself see how he dose, what a moaning B, TRY THE OTHER CLUBS , you will soon be back knocking on cupids door, well done cupids, great value, great acts, great people, you should put your prices up.

Recently the club has been revamped! Sadly to say with the subtlty of a flying brick. all the interesting rooms have been swept away and replaced by lounges and seats. the pool room is massive which is fine if you want to play pool! £20 to play pool Hmm.......

If you are a first timer you will like Cupids however once you have become used to the numerous lounges there isn't alot more, The sad thing is there used to be.

That said the staff are very friendly Tony and Louise do there best to make you feel welcome as do the rest.

One thing is that its all take take take from the owners there is never anything given back into the members.

Single guys arn't too obtruisve though they could be controlled alot more.

Summing up I think that the managment have set in motion the ruining of what was an exellent club!!! Its not too late to go back.....

We went to bunny party last sat, what a night, the place was full, the artists were excellent, the place was buzzing with atmosphere, lets have more parties cupids, best night of swinging we have ever had. to last post writer, its best to ask on entry what time they are open till, its on there web site and perhaps they thought you knew, its easy enough to ask, bit unfair to nit pick a great club like cupids when its in your own hands to find out things, just think yourselves lucky you have such a great club to visit.

Reading last review i must say that i dont agree, i am a lady in a couple who visit quite often, i find no problem talking to singles, the only time i see the singles gathering is when a lady goes into public room, and thats what the lady wants, if you want to be private why not use private rooms that lock? the staff are very nice and friendly, so all in all cupids is a great night.

Have visited the club regularly for the past 5 years,found it to bee a fun energetic place with lots happening all around ! As a female(and part of a couple) I must admit that on several visits,mostly on a Saturday night there have been too many single guys making a bee-line towards any action of any description.Many a a time ,as a couple we have wanted to chat to a single guy but find it immpossible due to the unwanted attentions of others ! After going to swingers club in Eccles for the first time it put me off swingers clubs, but was talked into trying Cupids, and boy what a difference, had the time of my life, full to the brim, plenty of fun, lovely ladies all ages, and real friendly singles all well behaved, the staff are most helpfull, my car was parked in private car park with attendant which made me more relaxed, if you have been dissapointed at swingers clubs dont give up untill you have visited this great club.

We've been going to the club for about 2 years and have to say that am very shocked to read that people have said anything bad about the club...especially rape??? As a young lady i have never felt safer in a club environment and would prefer to go here than any "normal" nightclub. Im not just saying that because of the swinging aspect but because i feel safe, comforatble and find all the people outgoing warm and very friendly. I have never seen any trouble and found most single guys to understand the word no and dont mind being told. Visited Cupids for the first time in about 12 months. A lot of work has been done to improve the club and there is now a really nice down stairs area. It's a brilliant place to play, or just chill out if that's what you prefer. It was nice to see people of all ages, shapes and sizes soaking up the atmosphere and having fun. No need to feel worried about going there for the first time - staff excellent. We plan to become more regular visitors again, despite the 90 mile drive there. However, the music is a little modern, perhaps a bit more from the 70's/80's would go down well. All in all a great night !

first time visit and it was better than i thought (for a guy on his own) met nice first time couple (she v. nervous!) lots of single guys but also many couples - not bad for a tuesday...

Although the small industrial area where the club is situated can be a little off putting, once inside you soon feel comfortable,the staff (usually Tony & Louise) look after you very well & give newcomers a tour of the rooms & sauna area.

The club is mixed couples & singles (usually Male) & the age range is from 20s to 50s,it can be quiet midweek but Fridays & especially Saturdays are very busy (an average Sat will be approx. 40 cpls & 30 singles).

The lounge area is comfortable with Big Screen video, Pool Table, & Bar, but only soft drinks are served, for alcohol take your own. There are 5 playrooms, 3 private that are lockable from the inside, 1 open to all, & 1 couples only,the couples room can be very busy & "very Hot" at weekends & also has a viewing area outside where singles can watch through a window, but inside is strictly couples only.

There is also a Sauna & small Jacuzzi in a separate area but these do tend to fill up with singles.

The club operates a just turn up policy on the door at a cost of £15 per Cpl. membership is not required for cpls, but singles do have to pay a joining fee, currently £40. Car parking is on the streets around the club & a watchman is employed for security.

Overall Cupids is a good night out for cpls, with plenty of action if you want it, but without pressure if you don't. The only drawback in our view is the No. of singles allowed in, but they have rules to abide to & NO means NO, and other than in the open playroom they are not too much of a pest.

Had business in Manchester, so went along to Cupids. The host and hostess are very friendly, and the club has a nice atmosphere. Being a very new comer to the scene, I really get involved in banging, but there was plenty to play voyeur to.

I had my eye on one gorgeous blonde, but was too apprehensive to get her attention directly, feeling reluctant with her hubbie there; will not do the same next time, if I am in the area. There was one gorgeous female dressed in basque taking on all comers with condom, what a lovely sight , seeing a woman enjoying herself so much.

I wish I had the courage to join in. A VERY HIGHLY recommended place to visit.

PS I was the Scottish shy one, if anyone can remember me. I would be interested in hearing ffrom anyone from that night or otherwise.

Well run club. This was our first time there but we were made feel very welcome. Will definitely go back. There were around 20 couples (we went on Friday) and about 30 single guys. Guys were no problem but numbers of them made the atmosphere a little tense. A great night out for anyone interested in this type of adventure.
Pity nothing similar North of the border.

I was not at all impressed by the somewhat frayed towel I was given to draw around myself at the reception area! But this was very much made up by the happenings inside!! Cupids was excellent, full on from the word go, couples were making it everywhere, in the bar area, playrooms, sauna & Jacuzzi and all were up for guys joining in, wanking, sucking, fucking and generally having a very hedonistic time of it!!! Very laid-back atmosphere, cheap soft-drinks, a few too many single men playing around with their dicks in the bar area but overall an excellent horny night-out!!!

Connection I am a member of the club

I visited on a Friday night recently. Plenty of couples and single guys. I was able to join in the fun with a few couples. One wife virtually stayed in a play room all evening and took on anyone, great to participate and then watch! The other couple's wife was also seen to by a few after me! Watched a stunning girl pole dance and then give a few onlookers blow jobs! Nice communal play room for couples only with a viewing window. Plenty of action.
