There web site does not do the place justice we found the
place to be clean and freindly the pool was warm i have to say
it is the best venue i have seen to date, not yet the best
swingers club but it could be just needs people to give it a
viset thinking of organiseing a coach trip there interested

First visit to the club with our friends Dave & Dawn, must
say we where all very impressed. The place is big from the
outside, but inside seemed to go on forever, the pool was very
warm as was the jacuzzi, good sauna and steam room. The rooms
are all under some stage of development and once done will be
excellent. Our thanks to Tony and Louise the host and hostess
for making us so welcome and providing us with such a great
night Will return again for sure

Were regular users. Tried again and getting to be the worse
club around. New manager is a wanker, the owner (Andy) is full
of crap. Place is dirty run down and we are never going back.

Ditto Sandra and Mikes reviw Dec. 2004 re owner. Has the
place changed hands. The Disco has gone together with the
atmosphere, the TV from the lounge has re-appeared in the play
area behind the caves to replace the nice plasma screen, the
pool is cold. looks like Xtasia and Camelions will be busy over
Christmas, see you there everybody.

well what can one say the manager of this place is a dirty
old man he walks round most of the night naked holding his
genitalia saying yes this is on the menu tonight and even
shouted from behind the bar last night to a customer to get his
wifes tits out people do yourself a favour go somewhere else we
where members we wont be going back

Been a few times, Friday and Saturday nights. People talking
a lot about the place and it is ok. However the staff let it
down, not sure if it is a part time gay venue or just run by
gays. Need a lot of work doing to get place up to standard it
was on first visit and need to get better staff. Where has the
big bald guy gone, he was ideal host, made us feel very at ease.
Sorry but will leave it for a while much better options around.
You need to find some QUALITY single males on a Saturday to make
the Sat nights work !!

Like most of the postings for this club, we will say that it
has great potential, but if Utopia claim, this to be the best
club the uk has to offer then they will have to think long and
hard about what other clubs in uk and europe already offer. This
club will NEVER be on par with FUN4TWO.
The location and discretion of the club is great, the pool
area is fantastic but thats the good points end!!
The bad points: The Play caves, these need knocking down and
something else putting in its place. The buffet? we have done
better at our kids birthday parties!! The disco? It looks like
Utopia looked in yellow pages at the last minute and booked "tony's
super sounds!!!!!" The play rooms, had lumpy matresses but nice
cushions from ikea. The dark room ( what dark room) it was still
light with the light off and the outside sign turned off too.
The fantasy room - oh yes, a bed in the middle of the
floor...............great planning .......not!!!!!!
We have been to many clubs across the uk which offer far
better facilities. Its as if they have taken ideas from the uk
clubs. This club has a vision to be the best in the uk, but this
has a long long way to go.
We would advise people that if they wanted to go to a great
club with great sounds and food and company to go to FUN4TWO
then compare the uk clubs to this high standard.

We visited the club on Sunday 18th July,and its the first
club we have been to that delivers what it says,this club will
become the main swingers venue for the uk very soon,its
facilities are excellent and the staff are very friendly,the
pool with adjoining 8 seater jacuzzi is superb along with steam
room sauna and sunbeds, we have visited a lot of clubs claiming
to be premier,only to find tacky venues on arrival,this club is
ideal for beginners as well as the experienced swinger, we are
now members and have found the right place to party,dont miss
out its open from 5pm to 12pm on a Sunday which we found a
perfect time to check the place out, try it you wont regret it.

After trying a few clubs and house parties we have finally
found the place for us. Its very clean, staff are polite and
friendly. It has everything we want from a swingers club. Its on
the up market side but very much a club for couples. We have now
been on couples only night and recently on a Saturday when they
let in a couple of guys, both were great evenings. We travel
over 100 miles to get to Utophia and worth every mile. Keep up
the good work. S/S

we decided to go here as our first times at a party. we were
very apprehensive but were quickly put at ease by the excellent
staff. the place is fantastic, people are very friendly and we
had a really good time. some people moan the pool is too hot and
some moan about it being too cold?? u cant please everyone, we
found it was fine. after gong to other clubs now we think utopia
is one of the best! the only thing we could say that was a
downside to the club was that the buffet culd have been a bit
better as there was not too much of it. excellent place well
worth a visit or 2!

We have visited here a couple of times Friday and Saturday
nights and enjoyed ourselves both times, the facilities are very
clean and well thought out, the massage tables are a different
facility than most clubs.But the pool is almost too hot to be
refreshing, the maze area would have been better with less
rooms, each bigger,(you would have more room in the back seat of
a car than most of them!) The seating in the bar area a little
disjointed, the buffet not worth the effort,and the staff could
be a little more friendly. This club has great potential, and is
well placed to be a leading light in the swinging world if they
manage to iron out their teething problems

Went last Saturday (5th June) and going again tomorrow. Best
club outside of mainland Europe and we know as been to most. Up
market, nice clean rooms, very friendly staff, just everytHing
we have ben looking for in the UK What else can we say, well
done !!

Visited Utopia last friday and after all the hype, we were
not impressed.Having a swim and then trying to play in a room no
bigger than a broom cupboard is not our idea of a night out. We
will stick to Xtasia in future, a really busy swinging club in
all ways.

hi all.... brill club 100% without any doubt best in the mids

discruntled member if thats the only faults you can find in
the club you havent been to anyothers in the area then. utopia
is a palace compared to the other flea pits (sandie im sorry hun

read. That is all except disgruntled customer who I notice have
not had the courage to place their name. We cannot please

The impressive web site of this club worked! We couldn't
resist going! What a disappointment! £2.5M apparently invested?!
Where!? The place is grubby and lacks in many aspects! The dark
room, opened that night, comprised a double bed with a sheet
over, which just slipped off as soon as we sat on it! There was
hardly any room for any others on the bed! Around the perimeter
of the room were odd chairs for people to watch! Why not fill
the room with a large matress? Other play rooms downstairs were
even worse.....TV's and chairs, again with a double bed or two,
almost as an aside! The whole place, including the play rooms,
was full of smoke! Hot and apparently, no air conditioning! The
cave rooms are a joke...single beds generally! Why? The rooms
upstairs were like small hotel rooms...you may aswell stay at
home! The pool! As hot as a bath, honestly! And dirty muddy foot
prints around! This club has missed the point all together!
There is no sign of any money having been spent! Advice? Just
stick to proper swingers clubs!

We love this club very classy good atmosphere and enjoyed the
pool and jacuzzi. easy to find, good parking, excellent value
and the staff are very friendly. With the addition of a few love
swings and a dungeon area this will become the premier club in
the UK.

GOOD POINTS: This is a large secluded manor house, with loads
of secure parking facilities. Pleasent friendly staff. Ample
large lockers, towels, bathrobes and slippers provided. The
decor is of an extremley high standard, with a copper ceiling in
the large spacious bar area. There are two large play areas down
stairs, one being couples only. Off the bar area is a wet area
which has a sauna with shower & toliets. There is also a large
area with toilets, showers & sinks ( all very clean). Then you
come to the large heated pool and jacuzzi, which has ample
seating all the way round. Off the pool is a steam room. Then
through another door is a labyrinth of caves, with 17 lockable
play areas. Up stairs are at the monment four lockable playrooms
all with their own showers. The owners are looking to extend
this. BAD POINTS:(all minor) Buffet was large rolls, lighter
sandwiches & sausage rolls would work better. The beds in the
main play areas are divans with a valance, the could probably do
with some water proof covers to protect the mattress. This is a
great Club ... You should visit
