Just so there is no confusion, Violate is a
fetish club, not a sex/swingers club.
Although there is the odd bit of nudity, or
playful groping, people don't have sex there, excpet maybe the
odd blowjob in the toilet which happens at every night club.
Swingers who go can use it to meet others and can arrange
parties for after.
The club does have a dress code, sexy/fetish,
pvc, rubber, leather, naughty underwear, uniform etc... although
they will allow you in if you're dressed in smart black but you
will feel uncomfortable and be the odd ones out when all around
you are dressed sexy & raunchy.
Not all who go are swingers, though there are
a few, many of the people are into BDSM and they have a
selection of bondage & spanking equipment in the playrooms which
people are able to use.
At the current venue in Glasgow, they have a
dance hall & Bar downstairs, and playrooms and a relaxing lounge
upstairs. The people who attend range from posing goths to
swinging groups, There is a wide range of age groups from early
20's to couples in their 60's. Straight, bi & gay women & men,
couples & groups. Transvestites, slaves, masters, subs & Doms/Dommes.
All are welcome and there is great feeling of being able to go
out and experiment with your role knowing that you can do it in

The club is run by 2 couples who started the
club because they are really into the scene and there enthusiasm
really shows.
It's a shame there isn't a dedicated swingers
venue in Scotland but Violate does go some way to making up for
it.
