We are located in a convenient and discrete house in a nice Citrus Heights neighborhood. We are hosting monthly house parties to promote the lifestyle and create a fun way to meet new people and make new friends. It allows those that are experienced or curious about the lifestyle to try new things. Our parties are for Couples and Single females and a few choice single gentlemen.

We have love swings in a few rooms, a BDSM area (including floggers, violet wands and other toys) for the curious or passionate, Dance area, Sybian rides for the ladies, group room, exam room with Hydraulic medical exam table (includes doctor's outfit), Sex machines and other fun play toys and of course other play areas. Now that its colder and the pool is cold it's up to you if you venture in. We also have a great entertainment area outside for socializing. Tracy loves to cook and will put out a great spread of food. Our parties are BYOB, and to help defray our expenses, there is a nominal donation of $20 per person. Remember, you don't have to play at our parties, your welcome to come eat, drink and mingle and meet new folks, and of course, you can always walk around and see what's happening. We always look forward to meeting new people at the parties and seeing old friends....smallest party was 55 people and the largest party was January 14, 2012 where 153 people attended (We must be doing something right). After you sign up for the party under Club Events (T & A House Parties) we will send you all the party info. You can also sign up for the group and that way you will always get invites to the parities.
